President Biden signs order to reopen healthcare enrollment – here’s what you need to know.

President Joe Biden signed a package of health care-related executive orders on Thursday that, among other initiatives, will reopen HealthCare.gov for a special, three-month enrollment period starting on Feb. 15 and running through May 15.

The new enrollment period for Marketplace health care policies begins February 15th.

2.   Employees and business owners requesting quotes must complete a Personal Health Questionnaire.
3.   Eligible employees who decline coverage must complete a Health Benefit Waiver.
