Dennis Epperson, President - HBAT
Thank you for visiting our Home Builders Association of Tennessee website. This is just part of our continuing effort to provide our membership with the tools and knowledge to allow you to offer the best product to the new home buyers of Tennessee.
I would encourage you to take a few minutes to view what is offered on this site. Visit the member services and local association sections to see the many benefits offered to the membership, and if you are not currently a member of HBAT, look to see where your local association is located and whom you can contact to become a member. Membership in the HBAT begins at a local level. Across the state of Tennessee, we are affiliated with 15 local associations. Each local offers a network of local contacts who are concerned and dedicated to keeping the American dream of owning a home in their community an affordable reality. In addition, local associations represent their membership through education, Parade of Homes, Home Shows, services, fundraising and community involvement. In short, home builders care about the communities they live and work in. If you are involved with the housing industry, I strongly encourage you to become a member of a local association. There is no better way to represent personal dedication to your profession and your community. One of the great things about joining your local home builders association is that when you do you automatically become a member of the state association (HBAT), and the National Home Builders Association (NAHB). You get the strength and political power of all three associations working on your behalf.
Take a look at the many opportunities in the calendar of events that are available for you to participate with other members of the association to broaden your knowledge.
"Do Business With A Member" is a message we all take seriously. Whether you are a Builder member, an Associate member or an Affiliate member, you can find a fellow member of the HBAT who can meet any need you have in the housing industry throughout Tennessee.
